The participants have hands-on-experience of pottery, making bowls, plates, and mugs, etc. (Period : Through the year)

While learning about Joetsu food culture, the participants can experience local people’s day-to-day life in a village forest.

Experience rice farming from planting, weeding to harvesting throughout the year. (Period : May – September)

Enjoy firefly watching in the village forest richly endowed with nature. (Period : June -)

The participants can experience tofu-making using Joetsu-produced soybeans.(Period : November – March)
