Experience of rice-harvesting/hasakake (Rice rack hanging)

The harvested rice are hung over a rack to be dried naturally by the sun and natural wind. Hasakake is a traditional method of natural drying to extract good quality of rice. After having this experience, rice balls made from new rice and a dish of wild vegetables are served for lunch.
